Ticket Transfers
In line with our policy, we also offer the option to transfer tickets to another individual within 15 days of receiving the tickets or invitations. This allows our customers to easily pass on their tickets to someone else if they are unable to attend the event. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility to our customers in these situations. By allowing ticket transfers, we hope to accommodate the needs of our customers and ensure that the tickets do not go to waste. If you find yourself unable to attend an event, simply reach out to us within the specified timeframe, and we will facilitate the transfer for you.
