What meals will be served at the event?
A simple snack, tea, coffee, water and a light lunch will be served for every participant.
What services are available for special needs and requests?
There are local services available at the local level as part of the general area health plan. These services are provided at the point of emergency or where needed.
How do I receive my CPE certificate?
On the second day of the event, hard copies of the CPE certificate will be available at our desk.
Where can I stay?
There is a number of Hotels and Guest House around the venue. Please contact us if you want to book accommodation.
What should I wear?
Choose the most comfortable clothes and shoes. The temperature inside the building is quite warm.
What happens if there is a schedule change?
Of course, firstly we will inform you with an email and give all the changed details.

What kind of visa do I need to attend the event?
You may need a business visa or a temporary resident visa/visitor visa.
During the Event
Do you offer travel and accommodation?
Kindly note that you will be personally responsible for all travel and lodging arrangements and expenses required to attend this workshop. We may recommend nearby lodging facilities feel free to contact us.

Will I get the visa when I submit your invitation letter?
Visitors to Canada require a valid travel document and a visitor’s visa (Temporary Resident Visa) or an electronic Travel Authorization(eTA). It is the responsibility of our clients to obtain a visitor visa or eTA when they get proper documentation of their attendance for our events. Kindly note that we do not influence obtaining visa or eTA , this depends on your eligibility as assessed by the Canadian embassy.
What do I do after registration?
If you are within Canada, you are good to go, just wait for the event date and arrange your local transport means. If you are outside, you may need a visa through your local Canadian Embassy to enter Canada.
